Your AI to talk things through

Lotos is an AI conversation partner in Telegram, tuned specifically for personal matters. It helps you work through thoughts, feelings, relationships, habits and goals, and with personal questions it draws on the cognitive behavioural approach.

• разобраться в чувствах — тревога, обида, неуверенность, когда накручиваешь себя;
• разобрать отношения — с партнёром, семьёй, друзьями, коллегами;
• поработать над собой — самооценка, страхи, привычки, прокрастинация;
• понять, чего на самом деле хочешь, и сделать первый шаг к цели;

With Lotos you can:

• sort out your feelings — anxiety, resentment, self-doubt, overthinking;
• work through relationships — with a partner, family, friends or colleagues;
• work on yourself — self-esteem, fears, habits, procrastination;
• figure out what you really want and take the first step towards it;
• look things up online, get something explained or get help with a text.

Or simply get things off your chest — you choose the format.

The first 3 days are free, up to 40 messages: the trial ends after 3 days or 40 messages, whichever comes first. No card required.

After that — 30 days of access for 1,290 ₽, with no auto-renewal: nothing is ever charged automatically.

Lotos is made specifically for personal matters: it uses the cognitive behavioural approach and helps you work through your own situation in a conversation instead of handing out generic advice. No judgement, no lecturing, at your own pace.

It handles everyday tasks too: searching the web, explaining things, helping with texts.

You don't need to introduce yourself: Lotos doesn't store your name, username or phone number. Conversations are stored encrypted, and nobody on the team reads regular conversations — the replies come from AI.

We never receive your card details: payments go through a payment provider. You can download a copy of your data with /export and start deleting your account with /delete_account.

By card or via SBP (Russia's Faster Payments System) — right in the bot, whenever you decide to continue after the trial. Payment is in rubles, by a Russian bank card or SBP.

30 days of access cost 1,290 ₽. It's a one-time payment: access doesn't renew by itself, and you're only charged again if you decide to pay.

With Lotos you can work through what's bothering you: anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, fears, recurring thoughts or the feeling of "I don't know what I want". It doesn't rush to ready-made advice: in conversation it helps you notice the thoughts, feelings and habitual patterns behind a reaction and, if you like, choose a small step that suits you.

It's grounded in the cognitive behavioural approach, one of the most researched in psychology. And if right now you just need to talk it out — that's fine too.

Lotos is always at hand — no appointments, no waiting. It's an AI, so there's no need to feel awkward or pick your words. And the price is simple: 30 days for 1,290 ₽ — less than a single session usually costs, and you can write every day.

With personal questions Lotos uses methods from psychology, above all the cognitive behavioural approach. It isn't a licensed psychologist and doesn't replace a doctor — but you can start working things through with it today.
